Refund Policy

  1. The customer has the right to request a full refund within 14 days from the subscription date only if the plan has not been received.

  2. If the customer has received the plan, they are not eligible for a refund, but they may choose to either continue with the package or postpone it.

  3. If the customer fills out the form within the first 14 days after payment but does not receive the plan and requests a refund, 10% of the package value will be deducted along with the payment transfer fees.

  4. If more than 14 days have passed since payment, the customer is not eligible for a refund, but they can still receive the plan or postpone the package.

  5. All refund requests are subject to management approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the approval date, and transfer fees will be deducted.

  6. Please note that all calls are recorded to ensure service quality.
